Required Policies

As the lawful parent or guardian, I agree to release and hold harmless As You Are Dance Movement (AYA), including its owners and all personnel, from any and all responsibility, claims, or legal actions that may arise from any injury, loss, or harm—including but not limited to illness or death—sustained by the participant and/or myself while on the premises of AYA, at any location under its direction, or during travel to and from any such location or event connected with its programs.

Payment is processed immediately upon card authorization. In order to complete your registration, payment must be processed and confirmed. Failure to make payment at the time of registration will result in your registration not being secured.

A minimum number of participants is required for the session to proceed. While this situation is unlikely, if for any reason the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified, and the session will be canceled. In this case, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Otherwise, all sales are final and non-refundable.
